Hi! I’m Melissa. I’m a small-town farm girl turned marketer, educator, creator, encourager, and professional leadership coach! Here’s a little about me and my approach to empowering clients to reach their greatest potential:

I have a passion for people. I find joy in truly “seeing” them, calling out the greatness within them, and helping them thrive. I love it just as much when I can empower people to achieve personal and professional goals!
I love personal growth. Despite my degree, certificates, and experience, I continually learn about topics like leadership, communication, marketing, human behavior, and more! And, the best part is I enjoy sharing the wisdom I gain with you!
As a coach, I blend my decades of professional experience and my passion for authentically serving people through a unique and practical coaching experience.
